Job Summary

The Turnover HVAC Engineer is responsible for overseeing that HVAC systems are installed, inspected, and tested in accordance with project specifications, codes, and quality requirements. The Engineer ensures quality oversight, documentation control, and structured turnover of HVAC systems from construction to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audits, inspections, and surveillance.
• Provide oversight of ductwork, insulation, and equipment installations.
• Verify system balancing, pressure testing, and functional performance.
• Lead HVAC system walkdowns and manage punch items.
• Oversee documentation and ensure complete TOPs.
• Support commissioning and structured handover.
