Import-Export Specialist (m/w/d)

That's The Job

• Collaboration and project coordination with all internal (e.g., procurement, accounting, customer service ) and external (e.g., authorities, customs, BAFA, etc. ) interfaces
• You are the contact person for customs issue s (e.g., AEO-C and AEO-S authorizations/declaration of conformity/implementation of K&M's)
• Optimization and further development of the area with the associated documentation of existing export and import‐related processes
• First point of contact for our courier service providers
• Regular and independent monitoring of legal import/export requirements
• Ensuring compliance issues with suppliers and/or customers

That's You

• Completed degree in foreign trade/customs or abusiness and management degree with a focus on foreign trade
• Several years of professional experience in foreign trade, customs, and logistics (air freight is an advantage)
• You are tech‑savvy, work independently and in a structured manner , are eager to learn , and are a team player
• Good interpersona l and communication skills
• Strong language skills – German (C1) and English (B2) spoken and written. It is important to be able to communicate confidently in both languages – spoken and written
