Who are we looking for

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Executive who thrives on making meaningful connections, driving sales, and helping health and fitness coaches scale their business. Your success will be measured by how effectively you convert leads into loyal clients while making a real impact on the lives of our coaches and their clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and closing leads on behalf of our coaches, contributing to their growth with new clients.
  • Inspiring healthier lifestyles while advancing your professional development in sales.
  • Maintaining a structured and organized workflow with a clear overview of your calendar and pipeline.
  • Being a proactive partner to our coaches, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

  • Native German speaker and confident in English – both orally and in writing – is required.
  • A natural talent for sales – experience in telemarketing, phone sales or the fitness/sports/SaaS industry is preferred.
  • A driven mindset and a hunger to achieve great results.
  • Strong persistence and resilience – you’re not discouraged by setbacks.
  • Exceptional self‑management skills and the ability to structure your day effectively.
  • A contagious energy and enthusiasm that inspires those around you.
