Your Profile:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Several years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proven people management skills
• Strong negotiation and supplier management expertise
• Solid command of English (German is must‑have)
• Hands‑on, strategic, and solution‑oriented mindset

Your Tasks:

• Act as a Decision‑Maker
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Lead a team of senior professionals
• Manage supplier negotiations
• Ensure cost, quality, and compliance targets are met
• Drive procurement initiatives
• Be the key point of escalation regarding supplier issues
