Infor LN ERP 1st Line Support Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Infor LN ERP 1st Line Support Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their ERP or IT support career who wants to gain hands-on experience supporting our Infor LN system and business users across the organisation.

You will be the first point of contact for ERP-related queries, helping users resolve day-to-day system issues and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related questions and issues
• Log and track support tickets in the helpdesk system
• Provide basic troubleshooting and user guidance
• Assist with data corrections and transactional queries
• Support user account access and permissions
• Escalate more complex issues to senior support team members
• Help maintain user guides and support documentation
• Assist with system testing when updates or improvements are introduced
• Provide friendly and clear communication to non-technical users

About You

• Interest in ERP systems, IT support, or business systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data and business software
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
• Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role
• Exposure to Infor LN ERP system
• Basic understanding of business processes (e.g., purchasing, sales, inventory)
