Innerhalb des CSO konzipiert, entwickelt und verantwortet das Team Training & Awareness weltweit konsistente, qualitativ hochwertige Security‑Schulungen zur Stärkung einer nachhaltigen Sicherheitskultur im gesamten Unternehmen.
Unsere Mission ist es, Kolleginnen und Kollegen weltweit mit den notwendigen Kenntnissen, Fähigkeiten und Verhaltensweisen auszustatten, um die Organisation wirksam zu schützen – durch wirkungsvolle Security‑Trainings, moderne Lernlösungen und gezielte Awareness‑Initiativen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit divisionalen und regionalen CISOs, Fachexperten, HR Learning sowie externen Partnern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Inhalte relevant, regelkonform und auf neue Bedrohungen sowie regulatorische Anforderungen ausgerichtet sind.

Als AVP im Team CSO Training & Awareness unterstützt du die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung globaler Security‑Trainings‑ und Awareness‑Initiativen. Die Position eignet sich besonders für dich, wenn du dich in die Informationssicherheit hinein entwickeln möchtest , auch dann, wenn du aus angrenzenden Bereichen wie Learning & Development, Risiko‑ oder Compliance‑Management, Kommunikation, Technologie oder Operations kommst.
Du leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zu global skalierten Programmen, arbeitest mit einer Vielzahl von Stakeholdern zusammen und hilfst dabei, die Sicherheitskultur der Bank zu stärken, indem menschlich bedingte Risiken durch effektives und ansprechendes Lernen reduziert werden.
Du trägst dazu bei, die globale Sicherheitsfähigkeit der Bank weiterzuentwickeln und beeinflusst Trainings‑ und Awareness‑Maßnahmen für zehntausende Mitarbeitende weltweit . Damit unterstützt du unmittelbar die Mission des CSO, menschlich bedingte Sicherheitsrisiken zu reduzieren.

The Group Chief Security Office (CSO) safeguards Deutsche Bank’s people, assets, and information. Within CSO, the Training & Awareness team designs, develops, and delivers globally consistent, high‑quality security learning to support a strong and resilient security culture across the Bank.
Our mission is to equip colleagues worldwide with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to protect the organisation – through impactful security training, modern learning solutions, and targeted awareness initiatives. We work closely with Divisional and Regional CISOs, subject matter experts, HR Learning, and external partners to ensure training remains relevant, compliant, and aligned with emerging threats and regulatory expectations.
The team offers a strong learning and development environment, enabling colleagues to build and deepen expertise in security training, awareness and human‑centric risk, supported by experienced practitioners across CSO.
As an AVP within the CSO Training & Awareness team, you will support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of global security training and awareness initiatives. The role is well suited to candidates looking to grow into information security, including those transitioning from related fields such as learning & development, risk, compliance, communications, technology, or operations.
You will help shape and scale the Bank’s global security capability, influencing training for tens of thousands of colleagues globally and supporting CSO´s mission to reduce human‑related risk.
