Als AVP im Team CSO Training & Awareness unterstützt du die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung globaler Security‑Trainings‑ und Awareness‑Initiativen. Die Position eignet sich besonders für dich, wenn du dich in die Informationssicherheit hinein entwickeln möchtest , auch dann, wenn du aus angrenzenden Bereichen wie Learning & Development, Risiko‑ oder Compliance‑Management, Kommunikation, Technologie oder Operations kommst.

Du leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zu global skalierten Programmen, arbeitest mit einer Vielzahl von Stakeholdern zusammen und hilfst dabei, die Sicherheitskultur der Bank zu stärken, indem menschlich bedingte Risiken durch effektives und ansprechendes Lernen reduziert werden.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du unterstützt die Strategie, Entwicklung und Governance des globalen Security‑Trainingsportfolios , einschließlich GISA, ISO/TISO, Schulungen zu privilegierten Zugängen, Developer‑Trainings sowie Modulen der Security Academy.
• Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung der Security Academy (Awareness‑ und Practitioner‑Lernpfade) unter Berücksichtigung neuer Bedrohungen, regulatorischer Anforderungen und Stakeholder‑Bedarfe.
• Du wirkst beim Training‑Lifecycle‑Management mit, einschließlich Qualitätssicherung von Inhalten, Dokumentation und prüfungssicheren Unterlagen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit divisionalen und regionalen CISOs, Fachexperten, HR Learning sowie externen Anbietern, um eine konsistente und regelkonforme globale Trainingsbereitstellung zu unterstützen.
• Du trägst zu datenbasierten Verbesserungen bei, z. B. durch Kennzahlen, Dashboards und Auswertungen zur Steigerung der Trainingseffektivität.
• Du wirkst an integrierten Awareness‑Initiativen mit, z. B. bedrohungsbasierten Phishing‑Simulationen, zielgruppenspezifischer Schulung und Security‑Culture‑Maßnahmen.

Dein Profil

• Erfahrung in Learning & Development/Training, Kommunikation, Risiko/Compliance, Technologie oder Operations – mit starkem Interesse an Informationssicherheit/humanzentrierten Risiken .
• Grundverständnis Informationssicherheit/operatives Risiko/Regulatorik oder nachweisliche Fähigkeit, sich dieses Wissen schnell anzueignen ; neugierig, proaktiv , mit Ziel, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln .
• Beitrag zu globalen/bereichsübergreifenden Initiativen und Zusammenarbeit mit vielfältigen Stakeholdern über Funktionen und Ebenen hinweg.
• Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten ; komplexe Inhalte verständlich in Lern-/Awareness-Formate übersetzen.
• Strukturiert, qualitätsorientiert mit Fokus auf Dokumentation, Governance und kontinuierliche Verbesserung .
• Sicher im Umgang mit Kennzahlen/Dashboards/Reports für datenbasierte Entscheidungen; fließend Englisch und Deutsch .

Team Overview

The Group Chief Security Office (CSO) safeguards Deutsche Bank’s people, assets, and information. Within CSO, the Training & Awareness team designs, develops, and delivers globally consistent, high‑quality security learning to support a strong and resilient security culture across the Bank.

Our mission is to equip colleagues worldwide with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to protect the organisation – through impactful security training, modern learning solutions, and targeted awareness initiatives. We work closely with Divisional and Regional CISOs, subject matter experts, HR Learning, and external partners to ensure training remains relevant, compliant, and aligned with emerging threats and regulatory expectations.

The team offers a strong learning and development environment, enabling colleagues to build and deepen expertise in security training, awareness and human‑centric risk, supported by experienced practitioners across CSO.

As an AVP within the CSO Training & Awareness team, you will support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of global security training and awareness initiatives. The role is well suited to candidates looking to grow into information security, including those transitioning from related fields such as learning & development, risk, compliance, communications, technology, or operations.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the strategy, development, and governance of the global Security Training suite, including GISA, ISO/TISO, privileged access, developer training, and Security Academy modules.
• Support the enhancement and modernization of the Security Academy (awareness & practitioner learning paths) ensuring content reflects emerging threats, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder needs.
• Contribute to and support training lifecycle management, including content quality assurance, documentation and audit‑ready materials.
• Work closely with Divisional/Regional CISOs, Subject Matter Experts, HR Learning, and external vendors to support consistent and compliant global training delivery.
• Support and contribute to data‑driven improvements through metrics, dashboards, and completion insights to enhance training effectiveness.
• Contribute to integrated awareness initiatives, including threat‑driven phishing simulations, targeted education, and Security Culture initiatives.

Your profile

• Experience across L&D/training, communications, risk/compliance, technology or operations with a strong interest in information security and human‑centric risk .
• Foundational knowledge of security/operational risk/regulation or proven ability to build it quickly ; curious and proactive , aiming to grow into a subject‑matter contributor .
• Contributions to global/cross‑regional initiatives and collaboration with diverse stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Strong communication and organizational skills ; able to make complex topics clear in learning/awareness content.
• Structured, quality‑focused approach emphasizing documentation, governance, and continuous improvement .
• Comfortable with metrics/dashboards/reporting for data‑driven decisions; fluent in English and German .
