We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist with 3–7 years of experience in IT Service Management operations, specializing in End User Computing (EUC) and Deskside Support . The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, ensure smooth IT operations, and deliver excellent customer service across multiple client sites

German language "C" level certified or Native

  • Provide end-user and deskside IT support services
  • Manage IT Service Management operations related to EUC
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems
  • Deploy software using SCCM, Ivanti, and Intune
  • Perform patching and package installations
  • Maintain systems with latest antivirus, Windows updates, and feature packs
  • Support conference room and collaboration devices including:
  • Coordinate with Facilities teams for non-network devices (CCTV, sensors, etc.)
  • Provide remote troubleshooting using RDP, iDRAC, ILO, and IP phones
  • Support printers, peripherals, and file restorations
  • Assemble and reseat components (RAM, SSDs, screens, WLAN cards, keyboards, motherboards)
  • Perform system recalibration and internal/external hardware sanitization
  • Manage asset inventory and laptop lifecycle (imaging, allocation, reclamation, de-allocation)
  • Maintain accurate records in ITSM platforms
  • Manage mobile devices and peripherals (docking stations, monitors, cables, etc.)
  • Perform housekeeping tasks including space reclamation and profile archiving
  • iMac and Apple laptop setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Software installations in corporate Mac environments

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in Desktop Support / EUC / IT Service Management
  • Strong understanding of desktop technologies and infrastructure components
  • Solid networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with SCCM, Ivanti, Intune
  • Proficiency in Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
  • Experience with patching and software deployment tools
  • Familiarity with ITIL Service Management Lifecycle processes
  • Strong asset management experience
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication abilities (written and verbal English)
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to operate effectively in a managed services environment
