Your Tasks We are looking for an experienced IT Team Lead (f/m/x) to lead our IT operations team and take ownership of our Business IT landscape.
In this role, you will combine technical leadership, team development, and operational responsibility while ensuring reliable, scalable, and efficient internal IT services across the organization.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals Take ownership of the Business IT environment, with strong focus on Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace Ensure smooth Helpdesk operations and SLA-driven services Coordinate team tasks, priorities, and resource allocation Provide technical leadership and 3rd level support for complex issues Drive IT projects and operational improvements Monitor team performance and key operational KPIs Work closely with stakeholders and translate business needs into IT priorities Your Profile Experience leading technical or IT operations teams Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and modern workplace environments Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture Excellent project and task management skills Strong communication skills in German and English Experience with the Atlassian Tool-Stack (Jira, Confluence) is considered as an advantage Passion for technology, leadership, and continuous improvement Our Benefits In addition to our committed support of our employees, our diverse, fun and inclusive workplace as well as individual onboarding program, we offer a variety of local benefits and learning opportunities.
