Our SSCC‑IT Department for our office in Munich is looking for a Inhouse Consultant SCM Production & Planning (PP) (f/m/d) (100%) .
The Inhouse Consultant supports the Product Owner in the design, build and operation of production planning related applications at Triumph (i.e. SAP APO SNP, SAP IBP DP, ECC PP, and future PP/DS).
This role focuses on execution, coordination and operational support to ensure the delivery of high‑quality solutions aligned with business needs. The Inhouse Consultant collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to implement product features, resolve incidents and maintain system integrity.
A hybrid way of working is foreseen.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take over responsibility for production / planning topics in various projects, such as SAP PP rollouts.
- Conduct business processes and fit‑gap analysis and translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Define and refine product features in collaboration with business stakeholders and product teams under the strategic guidance of the product owner.
- Facilitate communication between involved stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with business requirements.
- Take care of customizing setup, functional design for development tasks and ensure timely delivery of assigned work packages.
- Own new functionalities end‑to‑end: conduct IT tests after implementation, provide key‑user training, support business during UAT and create documentation.
- Promote continuous improvement by gathering feedback and suggesting enhancements.
- Coordinate with external partners and support resource planning for operational activities.
- Coordinate and support incident management activities, including resolution tracking and communication with users.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth integration and end‑to‑end processes.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
Your Ideal Profile:
- 2/3+ years minimum experience in SAP PP implementations. Related SAP areas (MM, PP/DS,…) are an advantage.
- Expertise in working in complex manufacturing and supply chain projects.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Functional expertise: deep understanding of production and planning processes, including MRP and planning strategies, raw‑material availability checks, batch management and integration to other modules and systems (MM, WM, SD, BW, MES). Proficient in business‑process mapping, configuration, and user training.
- Communication and project delivery skills: ability to engage with stakeholders, conduct workshops for requirement analysis, draft functional specifications, customizing setup, IT module testing, support user acceptance testing, go‑live and hyper‑care phases.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- German knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability for project‑related and global travel.

- Strong business sense, eager to learn, enthusiastic, self‑motivated and results oriented.
- Highly motivated, positive “can‑do” attitude, self‑directed and assertive.
