Partner with the best

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will retain and grow your own customer base across the region (primarily Middle East, Turkey, Africa, EMEA). You will own the full account management and cross‑sell cycle, collaborate with internal teams, support opportunity‑generation, technical qualifications and demonstrations. By articulating the Akamai value proposition, you will retain and grow stickiness and enthusiasm for Akamai's solutions.

Responsibilities

• Farm existing accounts, becoming a trusted advisor, ensuring customers get value out of Akamai's platforms.
• Generate new business through to contract negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of Akamai technologies.
• Create and manage a high‑value sales pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy adhering to the MEDDICC sales methodology.
• Partner with pre‑sales to make recommendations for customers to expand the use of Akamai services and solutions.

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Show proven experience of being persuasive, influential and professional on the phone and email.
• Have professional‑level fluency in spoken and written English. Additional proficiency in Arabic or Spanish is an asset.
• Have experience in an Inside Sales prospecting role or customer‑facing role, ideally within IT/Telco/Cloud/Security.
• Have experience of meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets, and proven consultative sales skills and quota achievement.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to present to various stakeholders.
• Show some experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
