Works with the Coordinator and others to maximize academic achievement, retention, certification, graduation and placement outcomes. Works collaboratively to plan and implement clinical learning experiences.**Position Responsibilities**Develop and deliver dynamic, effective, and engaging education according to the specified Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technician curriculum required. Observes actions during practice, provides positive or corrective feedback, and guide toward the acquisition of skills.Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure mastery of the curriculum. Tests for competency and provides remediation as necessary.Creates learning support tools to support students based on demonstrated needs.
