Role Description
We are seeking an Intern / Associate for Partnerships & Guest Relations for the Renaissance Show 2026 in Berlin.
This role sits at the intersection of partner experience and guest engagement, supporting how our partners are represented on-site and how guests interact with the event environment.
You will contribute to ensuring partner activations are well-executed and that guests experience a smooth, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere throughout the event.
This is an unpaid, experience-based collaboration structured as an exchange, offering hands-on involvement, real responsibility, and direct exposure to how partnerships and guest experiences are delivered within a live fashion production.
What You Will Do
- Support the on-site setup and activation of partners (booths, touch points, brand areas)
- Act as a point of contact for selected partners during the event
- Ensure partner spaces are ready and aligned with agreed concepts
- Assist in coordinating partner visibility and key moments
- Support guest experience, particularly around partner and activation areas
- Help guide guests, respond to questions, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Work closely with hospitality, production, and content teams
- Support overall flow and coordination on the event floor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, live environment
- Experience in events, hospitality, or brand work is a plus but not required
