Your Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and optimizing the membership benefits portfolio, ensuring offerings are relevant, engaging, and aligned with business goals
• Support the creation and implementation of consumer engagement strategies across multiple channels
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, CRM, Retail, Digital) to execute projects and campaigns
• Support the mapping and planning of the consumer journey, ensuring touchpoints are optimized for a seamless and engaging member experience
• Contribute to ideation sessions and brainstorms for new initiatives to enhance the member experience
• Support the tracking of program performance

What You Bring

• Completed or enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field)
• Strong interest in consumer engagement, loyalty programs, and marketing strategy
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
