Who will you be joining?

H4 Business Transformation (BT) is the driving force behind the transformation and innovation within the Allianz Group. Our mission is to seize the untapped opportunities presented by digitally mature customers, revolutionizing our business models and implementing best practices on a global scale. As part of our Business Transformation initiative, we are focused on harmonizing our processes, embracing simplicity, scalability, and digital solutions, all of which are globally scalable through our Business Master Platform. Within H4 BT, our BT Performance unit oversees the transformation process across the Allianz Group, identifying and pursuing business opportunities based on solid business cases.

How can you make an impact?

You will: Join our dynamic Economics team if you're driven by performance management, transformation and thrive in an international, agile environment. This role requires a proactive approach to drive forward the company's transformation impact assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the strategic assembly of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Impact measurement, contributing to the steering of our operating entities (OE).
• Conduct the process of refining and transforming data, ensuring the highest quality and integrity for Business Transformation Reporting initiatives.
• Collaborate in the creation of insightful reports for our Governance meeting with business areas and operating entities (OE).
• Participate in the design and deployment of our Business Management Platform (BMP) Dashboard, influencing its layout, data integration, and user views.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a robust BMP Performance Management KPI Data Collection Process, setting new standards in performance tracking.

What are you made of?

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude and self‑motivation with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus.
