Intern OEM Strategy (f/d/m)

Meet our Team:

Join our team that works closely with middle management on strategic and tactical initiatives to drive business improvements and innovation. We analyze OEM requests, assist with product development, support project management, and collaborate across various functions to ensure seamless execution.

Make an Impact by:

• Supporting the Commercial team in executing strategic and operational initiatives within the EV charging ecosystem
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the commercial organization to support ongoing projects and partnerships
• Contributing to commercial and strategic initiatives through research, analysis, and preparation of presentations and internal materials
• Supporting project coordination by tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring follow-ups on key deliverables
• Assisting with stakeholder communication and coordination to facilitate effective collaboration and decision‑making
• Supporting KPI tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring across commercial activities
• Identifying opportunities to improve internal workflows, processes, and cross-team collaboration

Your profile:

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. C1 in English or/and German required
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - especially in PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the automotive and electromobility industry is a plus
• University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
