Intern – Primary, Secondary and Co-Investments

NORD Holding offers you the opportunity to take on the perspective of an investment professional as part of an exciting internship and gain valuable practical experience as a full team member.

In this position, you will be actively involved in primary, secondary and co-investments.

• Evaluation of the buy-side process at target company level
• Analysis of the potential of portfolios in secondary transactions
• Evaluation of market trends and portfolios at company level as part of fund investments
• Assistance in preparing investment memoranda and attending investment committee meetings
• Supporting fundraising by creating presentation and marketing materials

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in at least the 4th semester or master's degree with a commercial or technical background or comparable courses of study at an international university/business school
• First internships in the areas of Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction or Management Consulting
• Excellent analytical skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and communication skills
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
