International Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

• Proactive optimisation of our marketing automation (incl. SEO) as well as improvement of the processes for nurturing leads and generating subscribers
• Independent expansion and management of the existing company presence on the Internet (including LinkedIn and Xing) as well as independent assembly of new channels
• Implementation of promotions and campaigns on all existing platforms incl. documentation and tracking of success
• Individual design and organisation of trade fair appearances and materials as well as participation in various product and industry-relevant trade fairs
• Creative production of content for the social media channels and our website as well as sales and marketing materials (presentations, brochures, etc.)
• Observation and active participation in discussions on topics relevant to the industry, company or target group on the social web
• Independent analysis of relevant usage data (click-through rate, traffic, etc.) as well as corresponding derivation and implementation of marketing strategies to improve target group accessibility
• A minimum of successfully completed bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or similar field or comparable qualification
• First proven professional experience as a marketing specialist for digital media and product marketing in the B2B sector or in a similar function
• Deep understanding of marketing and market research methods as well as experience in the analysis of marketing data and tools
• Enjoy dealing with different target groups and at the same time have a self-confident appearance
• Analytical approaches combined with creative ideas and a holistic economic understanding
• Good knowledge of MS Office, marketing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite and CMS) and other applications, e.g. Google Adwords
• Very good written and oral communication and expression skills in the German and English language
