International Sales Marketing Manager

International Sales & Marketing Manager (Germany)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the market development and business expansion of our crane product portfolio (All-Terrain Cranes and Truck Cranes) in Germany. This role is critical to strengthening our presence in the European market and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive market development and business expansion for crane products across Germany
• Lead end-to-end sales activities, including client acquisition, contract negotiation, and deal closure
• Manage payment processes and ensure healthy cash flow and risk control
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships with key accounts
• Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with regional goals
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, service, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction
• (Optional) Lead and mentor a local sales team to achieve performance targets

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of sales/marketing experience in the crane or heavy equipment industry
• Bachelor’s degree or above (Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred)
• Strong communication skills in German and English (professional working proficiency required)
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in construction machinery or related sectors
• Experience in team leadership or management is a plus
