International Social Media Community Manager:in (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben

We are looking to expand our team and are seeking an experienced International Social Media Community Manager:in (m/f/d) who will oversee the social media presence of our clients, actively engage with communities, and support our team in daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate the social media channels of our clients
• Respond to comments and direct messages in both English and German
• Actively engage with communities, identifying relevant topics and forwarding them to the team
• Spot trends, sentiments, and recurring questions within the community
• Assist with maintaining and developing the social media presence of our clients

Dein Profil

• Fluent in English and very good command of German (written and spoken)
• Any additional foreign language is a big plus
• Self‑motivated, structured, and reliable working style
• Strong sense of tone, target groups, and digital communication
• Experience in social media management is an advantage, but interest, motivation, and willingness to learn are equally welcome, even without professional experience
