Your Tasks And Responsibilities

Customer Communication Management: You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in Spanish), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp
Booking Management: You manage bookings efficiently and proactively, ensuring that the whole process runs smoothly and flawlessly
Account Management: You stay in contact with our camp operators on a daily basis to ensure the flow of processes and build strong relationships
Product Management: You create and maintain camp content on our platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ & others)
Digital Marketing Management: You work on our main online marketing channels (SEO, social media, newsletters) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools

Your profile

You like working with an international and ambitious team
You are customer-oriented and communicate clearly and empathetically via phone, email, and WhatsApp
You are well-organized and able to manage several processes at the same time (bookings, partner communication, content creation)
You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details and a perfect grammar
Spanish is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English Knowledge of other languages (German, Dutch, Portuguese, French, Italian) is a plus
You are interested in developing your career in a dynamic, intercultural environment
The internship is mandatory part of your university program and lasts at least 5 months
Bonus: You attended a summer camp - as a participant or as a camp counselor
