Costa Norte is a premier investment advisory firm with a proven track record in capital raising and M&A across the technology sector. We are now expanding into the real estate space with a dedicated division under the Costa Norte Group. This new arm will focus on Networking and Research in collaboration with licensed real estate brokerage firms.

With roots in Europe and rapid growth in the U.S., we are building the bridge between real estate professionals and strategic investors—ranging from private equity and family offices to institutional capital.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Real Estate Investment Associate, you will be on the front lines of our deal sourcing operations. Your mission: establish partnerships with real estate firms to source assets and strategically match them with global investors from our network. This role merges business development, research, marketing, and sales—operating at the intersection of high-growth real estate sectors and investment capital.

Note: This is a Freelancer - business development and client acquisition role—not a financial analyst role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

• Identify and engage real estate brokers and asset managers seeking capital or acquisition opportunities.
• Qualify prospects based on asset types, investment potential, and alignment with investor interests.
• Present new opportunities to internal stakeholders and champion the deal’s story.
• Match broker portfolios and off‑market deals with relevant capital providers.
• Conduct investor outreach and schedule introductory meetings between real estate partners and investors.

STRATEGIC GROWTH & NETWORK EXPANSION

• Develop strategic alliances to increase deal flow and inbound opportunities.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of real‑estate‑focused investors.
• Contribute feedback on internal processes and tools to drive efficiency and scale.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong deal‑sourcing experience in real estate (e.g., multifamily, commercial, industrial, mixed‑use, or proptech).
• Proven success in sales or business development, especially in roles involving investor engagement or capital raising.
• A network of relationships in real estate, finance, or capital markets.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to help build a division from the ground up.
• Exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and natural persuasion ability.
• Previous experience at a real estate brokerage, investment firm, REIT, or advisory firm is a strong plus.
