Investment Analyst / Associate - Software Private Equity (m/f/d)

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Private Equity Investment Analyst or Associate (m/f/d) to join our client's international investment team in Munich . This role focuses on investments in the technology sector, providing an exciting opportunity to work with innovative companies and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive industry research to identify majority and minority investment opportunities in the software sector
• Assist in the due diligence proces s by analyzing and evaluating potential investments
• Building and maintaining detailed financial LBO models
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies , providing regular updates and strategic advice to senior management
• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums for presentation to the investment committee
• Communicate with executives of portfolio companies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Professional work experience in private equity, investment banking, or growth equity
• Previous exposure to the DACH region
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
