Your role

We’re looking for an Investment Performance Analyst to:

• provide attribution analysis/contribution analysis for funds/mandates,
• administer GIPS composite performance and verification by 3rd party auditor,
• correspond ad hoc requests related to performance/attribution from the clients.

Please note that this role is a temporary maternity cover based on 6‑months fixed‑term contract.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Investment Performance Analytics team in Poland. Our team works closely with our client reporting and Investment team to support the availability and analytics of high‑quality investment and business data. As an investment performance analyst, you’ll play an important role in assessing the business and operations risks and overseeing the performance issues.

Your expertise

• Knowledge of investment performance evaluation – measurement, attribution and appraisal, combined with sound analytical skills,
• understanding of the whole range of traditional, derivative and alternative investment instruments and their functionality,
• a university or equivalent diploma in Finance, Economics or Science, CFA/CIPM a plus,
• the ability to use own initiative to prioritize and manage tasks and known for your can‑do attitude when tackling tasks,
• strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel,
• flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills.
