**Department :**Flexible role within Investor Relations DepartmentLocation :FrankfurtContract :InternshipDuration :3 to 6 monthsStart date :September 2026The roleThe Frankfurt-based internship will involve contributing to various key tasks:Fundraising support: Develop tailor-made presentations to meet the needs of our major clients.Generate financial data for prospective investors' due diligence, including historical and projected cash flows, performance indicators, and financial metrics evolution.Update marketing sets for fundraising efforts, including Excel due diligence packs, marketing presentations, and PPM.Conduct portfolio modelling and investment simulations in new funds.Investor reporting: Provide detailed and technical responses to investors on quantitative and qualitative data included in reports, communications, or any developments regarding the company/funds' activities.Produce tailor-made transversal reporting that covers historical and projected performance, portfolio diversification, and investment simulations, ensuring accuracy and relevance to investors' needs.Additional analyses: Assist in mapping the investor landscape and identifying potential LPs, leveraging internal and external databases.Gather information on regional financial news to support investor communications.Help prepare and coordinate information campaigns to investors, ensuring clear and impactful communication of key messages and developments.Required skillsFluent in both English and German.Advanced proficiency in Excel and a good command of other Microsoft Office applications.Sound understanding of Corporate and Private Equity fund financial models.Exceptional attention to detail.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on projects.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.ProfileFinal year undergraduate or graduate level student in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Management or equivalent.Commercial understanding of Private Equity.Ideally, you already have initial experience through internships in similar areas.About the TeamThe Investor Relations Department is responsible for fundraising activities and managing relationships with existing investors. It also coordinates with all teams within Ardian to respond to investors’ due diligence questions. This collaboration ensures that all team members have a thorough understanding of Ardian's full scope of operations. This knowledge allows them to deliver services that maintain Ardian's reputation.The Investor Relations Department comprises three teams: Sales Force, Client Solutions, and Product Management.The Client Solutions Team, consisting of over 20 professionals, operates across New York, Paris, London, Frankfurt, Santiago, Singapore, Beijing and Tokyo. This team's primary focus is addressing investors' inquiries, delivering both standard and customized reports promptly and to the highest standards, covering Ardian’s extensive investment activities.
