As an IT Network Administrator (f/m/d), you will maintain our network infrastructure at our Heidelberg site, configure and manage network components, and keep them up to date. You will also perform troubleshooting, resolve network-related issues, and support projects with modern network services and designs. Last but not least, you will be on regular on-call duty and report directly to our CIO in Basel.

• GMP-compliant operation and continuous development of our global network infrastructure – including switches, firewalls, proxies, DNS, DDoS, and NAC
• Configuration and management of network components such as LAN, WAN, routing, switching, DNS/DHCP – also via script
• Troubleshooting and solving network-related problems (user support)
• Supporting (production) projects with modern network designs – in close coordination and cooperation with other infrastructure teams
• Implementing network-related projects as technical manager and solution architect
• Creation and maintenance of documentation on network services, network designs, and operating m

• • Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or a comparable qualification, e.g., degree in computer science/business informatics
• • Several years of professional experience in the design, implementation, and administration of network infrastructures in a pharmaceutical, GMP-regulated environment
• • Desirable: successful certification as CCNA, CCNP, CCSA and/or CCSE or comparable certifications from other manufacturers
• • Experience in the use of ITIL methods in IT service management
• • Team spirit, high customer orientation and a proactive approach
• • Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills
