IT Service Lead / Senior IT Support

Location: Hamburg or Frankfurt, Germany
Salary: €75,000
Working pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office

We are currently working with a global Law firm that is looking to hire an IT Service Lead to support its offices in Germany.

This is a hands-on role where you will act as the primary IT contact for the local office, providing high-quality technical support to lawyers and business teams while ensuring a reliable and responsive IT service.

The role

You will be responsible for delivering onsite IT support and acting as the key escalation point for technical issues within the office. The role involves supporting users across a modern Microsoft environment and working closely with global IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Providing 2nd line deskside and onsite IT support to office users
• Supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and core business applications
• Managing and resolving incidents through ServiceNow
• Supporting mobile devices including iPhone and iPad
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting laptops, desktops and peripherals
• Assisting with new starter setups, device deployments and office moves
• Acting as the local IT point of contact for the German office
• Working closely with international IT teams on escalations and projects

To be successful in this role you should have

• Experience working in second line support / deskside support roles
• Strong experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS)
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
• Experience supporting users in law firms or professional services environments
• Fluent German and English language skills
