For our IT department, we are seeking a qualified IT Supplier Manager (IT Vendor Manager) responsible for the strategic and operational management of IT suppliers.

Your mission

• Ensure effective governance and strategic alignment of the IT supplier portfolio
• Monitor supplier performance, compliance, and contractual obligations
• Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supplier-led innovation
• Support sourcing and end-to-end supplier lifecycle management

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and enforce supplier governance policies, standards, and processes
• Manage key supplier relationships, performance (SLAs/KPIs), and escalations
• Oversee contracts, renewals, commercial terms, and reporting dashboards
• Identify and implement cost savings, process improvements, and value creation initiatives
• Support sourcing, RfX activities, and supplier onboarding/offboarding
• Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to management
• Guide, train, and support stakeholders on supplier management practices

Your profile

Required

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT supplier management, procurement, or contract management
• Strong knowledge of supplier governance, performance management, and contract lifecycle processes
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Very good English skills

Nice to have

• Experience with IT procurement or supplier management tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua)
• Knowledge of ITIL, sourcing strategies, or cost optimization frameworks
• German language skills
