We are looking for our team in Passau or possibly remotely in Poland at the earliest possible date

IT-Support (m/f/d) with focus on Poland

What awaits you with us:

You take care of the planning, installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of ESL infrastructures for our customers – with a focus on Poland.
You analyze and resolve system, network, and software issues of ESL infrastructures – remotely or on-site if required.
You handle customer support requests via our ticket system.
You coordinate solutions and corrections with the 3rd-level support of our manufacturers.
You collaborate closely with the sales and project team and actively contribute to process improvements.

What you need to succeed:

You have completed an education as an IT specialist, system technician, or a comparable IT degree – or have relevant professional experience.
You have initial experience in installing and operating IT environments.
You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner.
You are service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy direct customer contact.
You speak fluent Polish as well as very good German (at least B2) and English (B2).
Ideally, you have basic knowledge of SQL servers.
