Your profile
You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system administration or have already gained professional experience as an IT support employee
You speak English and German at C1 level
You are interested in self-development and collaborative growth – we will support your professional and personal development with paid certifications through our organization
You have a strong service mindset, and customer-centered, independent and solution-oriented work is important to you
You work with a hands-on mentality
