Italian VIP Customer Support (Relocation Required)

We're looking for an Italian VIP Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries from our high-value players and ensure a premium service experience - especially during night shifts, five days a week with rotating weekends. Requirements:Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken;Proactive with strong customer service or sales skills;Great communication and problem-solving abilities;Detail-oriented and customer-focused;Experience in iGaming or VIP support is a plus. Responsibilities:Handle VIP customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone;Maintain personal, long-term relationships with VIPs;Collaborate with the VIP team for smooth service delivery;Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards;Work night shifts (5 PM–2 AM), 5 days/week, including rotating weekends.
