Design Research: Conduct consumer and lifestyle trend research to discover Europe-centric design insights

• Monitoremergingtrends,techs&news,ideatehowtoimplementsuchintoLGdesignworkingprocess
• Createdesignintel/analysisreports(topic-,event-,project-specificdesignreportsbasedonresearchand/orofflinevisits)

Design Development: Create trends and lifestyle-based design direction + design output

• Participateindesignstrategicplanningfollowedbytangiblecreativeconceptionworks.
• Creativevisualization(modelling,renderings,videos,supplementalvisualmaterials)
• Feasibleandtangibleproof-sets(CMFsamples,prototypingmock-upsetc.)

Design Business Networking: Plan, facilitate and support design / designer networking events

• Plan,collaborateandmanageopeninnovationprojectswithin/externalpartners(projectdependent)
• Collaborate/supportregionalsalesandmarketingeventsinvolvingdesigncontribution

Design Management: Organize and manage Europe Design Lab operation

• Organizationaladministrationtaskassistance
• Createperiodicprogressreportsandmeetinglogs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’sdegreeorhigherinindustrial/product/automotive/interiordesignorrelevantstudies
• Morethan2Yexperienceinindustrialand/orproductdesignrole
• Highlevelvisualizationskills,includingAdobecreativetools,3D(ex.NX,Creo,Keyshotetc.),Video (ex.Premiere,AfterEffectetc.)andotherrelevanttools
• Team-firstplayerandproactivecommunicatorandnetworker
• Creativestorytellerandinsightfulpresenter
• Attentiontomicro-detailsandaesthetics
• Experience/deepunderstandingofEuropeanliving/marketenvironment
• FluentinEnglish,Germanand/orKoreanlanguagewillbeaplus
