Junior Accountant (f/m/d)

As our company continues to grow, the demands on our Finance team are increasing. With the implementation of SAP HANA and a rising volume of invoices, we are entering an important phase of operational development. To ensure accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes, we are reinforcing our team.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support Treasury tasks, assist with daily accounting activities, and help manage accounting processes in line with HGB and IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing daily cash summaries and managing cash operations
• Managing bank transactions (account management, processing payments, handling transfers, etc.)
• Creating and monitoring cash-in / cash-out plans
• Supporting monthly closing by collecting relevant data from other departments
• Developing accounting solutions in line with HGB and IFRS
• Supporting processes such as expenses and budgets related to the SAP HANA implementation
• Assisting with general accounting tasks
• Supporting internal accounting activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or comparable degree
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Practical experience in accounting or comparable qualifications (preferred)
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting standards
• Communicating fluently in English
• Proactive work attitude and strong analytical skills
• Working effectively as a team player
