What you will learn with us

LLM basics: prompting patterns, structured outputs, calling tools/functions, guardrails
RAG basics: concepts of information retrieval, chunking, grounding, citations, reranking
Embeddings: what they are used for, how to evaluate the quality of retrieval results
MCP: how to use existing MCP tools and later contribute to their expansion
AI evaluation: creating small test sets, recognizing error modes, participating in regression tests
Weighing up costs and latency as well as basic observability (what needs to be measured, why it is important)

What do you bring with you

Basic programming skills (preferably TypeScript/JavaScript): you can read existing code, make small changes and fix bugs
Strong curiosity and genuine enthusiasm to work hands-on with AI/LLMs every day
Confident handling of APIs and structured data (JSON) as well as Git
Willingness to learn testing procedures and documentation habits
