Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Manager – Electrification with a background in key account management and a strong interest in expanding into business development. In this role, you will support the growth of battery, charger, motor, and controller sales across Western Europe. You will engage with existing customers and explore new opportunities in sectors such as construction, agriculture, robotics, and rail. This role combines technical understanding with commercial engagement, providing a solid foundation to grow into a full‑fledged business development position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Support and strengthen relationships with key accounts, understanding their technical needs and helping drive solutions.
  • Market Development: Identify opportunities to expand battery and electrification solutions with new and existing clients.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to present products, offer technical guidance, and support account growth.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development of growth strategies, tailored sales programs, and marketing activities.
  • Market Insights: Track trends in battery technology, electrification, and competitors to support informed decision‑making.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects progress smoothly.
  • Professional Growth: Develop skills in business development and electrification, with mentorship and guidance from senior team members.

Profile / Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in key account management or sales, ideally in technical industries; exposure to battery or electrification solutions is a strong advantage.
