Junior Business Development Specialist

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist to support our projects in DACH .

You will be responsible for:

• Increase sales by proactively seeking new customers
• Conducting business negotiations with customers
• Preparation of commercial offers
• Preparation and approval of contracts
• Acceptance orders
• Prompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers
• Managing Internal CRM tools

About you

• Education : Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or related to Business Development or Life Science field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology)
• Experience in similar roles in the Pharmaceutical Environment/Consultancy Services will be a plus
• Availability to travel
• Business Development mentality : Highly motivated, open-minded, organized mindset, enthusiastic, result oriented and a team player, able to work under pressure and remain resilient
• Fluent in German And English
