(Junior) Customer Support Manager French market

What your day will look like

  • Take ownership of the smooth day-to-day operations and quality of our customer support
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming support requests, ensuring fast and professional handling
  • Act as the go-to person for complex or critical customer issues (escalation management)
  • Continuously improve support processes and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Analyze support requests to identify recurring topics and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with our product team to share customer feedback and report bugs

Your playground

  • Support our French-speaking customers
  • Configure and maintain our tools
  • Handle support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Assist with trainings and onboarding sessions (mainly via online screen sharing)
  • Analyze issues and develop sustainable solutions
  • Contribute to reporting and proactively identify optimization opportunities

Is this you?

  • You’re a recent graduate, career changer, or already have experience in customer service
  • Passion for digitalization, SaaS, and excellent customer experience
  • Very good French and English skills; German is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence
  • Independent, structured, and creative way of working
  • Interest in the hospitality industry (experience is a plus)
  • Tech-savvy with confident use of MS Office
  • Team player with initiative and a healthy level of drive
