Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Junior EMEA Device Logistics Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Support the global distribution and collection of equipment for employee testing programs.
- Manage equipment preparation, including configuration, packaging, and dispatch.
- Track equipment movement using an inventory management system.
- Conduct regular physical and virtual inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment status and location.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including air waybills, labels, and customs paperwork.
- Coordinate shipments across various regions.
- Process incoming and outgoing equipment shipments.
- Handle basic troubleshooting of technical and logistical issues.
- Submit daily reports on completed tasks.
- Maintain office systems and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal leadership teams.
- Support overall team operations and processes.
- Interface effectively with teammates and direct management.
Technical Requirements
- Basic technical troubleshooting capabilities
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary inventory management systems
- No specific technical certifications required
Required Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate level experience in logistics or shipping operations
- C1 level English proficiency (written and verbal)
- German language skills are advantageous
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
