Logistic Coordinator (m/w/d) – Vollzeit

Medizone Global Pharma Sourcing is a pharmaceutical company with decades of experience. Our focus lies in sourcing comparators for clinical studies, samples for analytical development, and emergency medications that are not approved or available in the target country. With our global network we operate internationally and work fast, accurately, reliably, and flexibly to solve the daily challenges of customers worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced professional in international logistics to join our team as Logistic Coordinator (m/w/d) – full time.

Key Responsibilities

• Request and oversee transports: this includes nationwide and international pickups from suppliers as well as arranging shipments to customers with regular tracking to ensure a smooth flow.
• Research transport solutions, often under time pressure, to provide the best possible service to our customers.
• Plan and coordinate the movement of goods.
• Create export documents.
• Handle customs matters (ATLAS).
• After goods arrive at the warehouse, inspect and post the inbound entries into the warehouse management system (SAGE).
• Process returns to suppliers and returns from customers.
• Participate in trade shows.
• Maintain master data in the warehouse management system and perform general office tasks such as taking telephone calls.
• Act as a deputy for the Head of Logistics.

Required Profile

• Commercial education with at least 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Service‑oriented and independent working style.
• Prioritization skills, willingness to take initiative, and a goal‑ and result‑driven mindset.
• Strong command of German and English, spoken and written.
• Communicative and open personality.
• Reliable team player who takes responsibility and perseveres even in difficult phases.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical wholesale or pharma‑sector would be an advantage.
