Responsibilities

• Auftragsabwicklung von B2B-Bestellungen
• Organisation von Transporten in der Beschaffungslogistik von der Produktion zu unseren Lagern
• Organisation internationaler und nationaler Transporte zu unseren Endkunden (B2B und B2C)
• Täglicher Austausch mit unseren Dienstleistern in den Bereichen Produktion, Fulfillment und Transport
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von externen SLAs sowie internen KPIs
• Überwachung der Warenflüsse innerhalb unserer Supply Chain
• Erstellen von Ausfuhrdokumenten und Anmeldung von Exporten an B2B Kunden außerhalb der EU
• Anlaufstelle für Fragen rund um die Transportlogistik sowohl intern wie auch extern

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium. Idealerweise mit logistischem Hintergrund
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik / Supply Chain
• Versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen Office Anwendungen (Excel, Word usw.)
• Erfahrungen mit Oracle NetSuite sind von Vorteil
• Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Export / Zoll sind von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägtes Teamdenken und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Fließende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
