Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Head of Human Resources in both operational andorganizational tasks and contribute to the continuous development of our HR processes, particularly in relation to our HR systems and tools.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of HR in daily operations and HR-related projects
  • Contribute to all areas of generalist HR work across the organization
  • Assist with recruiting processes including job postings, application management, and interview coordination
  • Maintain and manage employee data, personnel records, and HR systems
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR software and digital HR tools
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and data analyses to support decision-making
  • Assist with administrative HR tasks such as contract preparation, onboarding processes, and document management
  • Coordinate HR meetings, appointments, and internal HR processes
  • Act as an interface between HR and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in HR, HR operations, or HR administration is an advantage
  • IT affinity and interest in HR tools and HR systems
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
