As a Junior People Attraction & Acquisition Partner (all genders) you’ll support our employer branding efforts and assist across the full recruiting lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and our business departments, help create an outstanding candidate experience, and learn modern recruiting tools and techniques step by step.

Location: Mobile Work (Germany)

What you’ll do

• Support employer branding and People & Culture communication initiatives.
• Help coordinate onboarding touchpoints, internal campaigns, and people‑focused events.
• Assist in end‑to‑end recruiting activities: job postings, screening, scheduling, and documentation.
• Conduct initial structured interviews together with experienced recruiters.
• Ensure a transparent, friendly, and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain recruiting data in our HR systems and support continuous process improvement.

What you bring

• Strong interest in people, culture, communication, and recruiting.
• First experience in HR, recruiting, employer branding, or People & Culture projects.
• Clear and empathetic communication skills in German and English.
• Structured, reliable working style and attention to detail.
