(Junior) Pricing Manager (all genders)
Stellenbeschreibung:
- Operative management of pricing based on internal KPIs, competitive position, and ABOUT YOU’s strategic goals across more than 20 markets
- Analysis of assortment performance and derivation of concrete optimization measures
- Collaboration with the Pricing Engine Team to further develop a machine learning algorithm for price optimization, as well as coordination with other departments
- Identification and development of innovative projects to strengthen our pricing strategies
- Creation and continuous improvement of reports and dashboards to monitor relevant KPIs
- Improvement and implementation of automated pricing processes
- Execution of A/B tests to evaluate the effects of various discount strategies on performance
