(Junior) Product Manager (m/w/d) - Purchase & Post-Purchase - onsite in Hamburg

We are looking for a Product Manager App (m/f/d) to join our App & Web team. Our App & Web Team constantly improves the App, Mobile Website and Desktop Website. These large‑scale products are each visited by several million people every month. The team’s focus is to provide the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and easy‑to‑use shopping experience for our customers. They constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is “state of the art” in customer‑facing products.

What you will do

• Work closely with the Product Lead, support stakeholder management and be a driving part of the ABOUT YOU mobile app team.
• Support the development of app features with a hands‑on mindset by closely collaborating with developers, designers and QA.
• Assist in testing, gathering requirements, and creating dev‑ready tickets.
• Coordinate the product development team by triaging operational issues, identifying technical dependencies, and assessing business impact.
• Work data‑driven, based on reports and analyses for deriving actions that are truly oriented towards our customers’ needs.
• Conceptualise ideas for new improvements and handle taking features from the idea to execution.
• Be part of an international product team and develop features for millions of users.
• Work in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and fast decision‑making processes.

Who you are

• At least 2 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management, ideally with direct product ownership.
• First‑hand experience with UI design and/or development tools is a plus.
• Experience in e‑commerce is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand different perspectives easily.
• You are analytical, data‑driven and focus on efficiency and solutions.
• Detail‑oriented and customer‑focused approach.
• Practical and recent experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• A proactive attitude, a sense of responsibility for your decisions, and the willingness to go the extra mile when needed.
