Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou thrive in sales and communication, enjoy connecting with people, and are confident reaching out to candidates, even for cold calls. You take ownership, stay organized, and are motivated to get things done.You manage candidates from first contact to signed offer, lead interviews professionally and respectfully, and work closely with our management team to match the right talent to the right projects.You use a range of digital tools to streamline processes and contribute your own ideas for improvement.
