As a JuniorSales Account Executive (m/f/d), you will take on responsibility in Sales Management for a rapidly growing, young technology company. Your tasks are directly linked to the achievement of our corporate goals.

Your tasks in a nutshell:
- You identify and reach out to potential new customers via phone and email to convince them of our platform and hardware.
- You independently manage the accounts you have successfully acquired and serve as the primary contact for any further inquiries.
- You conduct initial negotiations with potential customers regarding terms and conditions before transitioning them into long-term partnerships.
- You work closely with the Account Executives and the Customer Success Team to ensure that customer projects are successfully implemented.
- You use HubSpot to organize your sales activities and ensure that your sales pipeline is always well-stocked.
- You contribute to the optimization of our sales strategy by sharing your practical experiences and helping to further develop our processes.

Your skills & experiences:
- You have recently completed your studies and are ready to start your career in sales. Ideally, you have gained some initial insights into the SaaS sector and are eager to grow into a role where you can take on responsibility.
- Your passion for sales and your drive to achieve goals motivate you to give your best every day.
- You have some experience in telephone outbound sales and are ready to independently reach out to potential customers and excite them about our innovative tech product.
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness are among your strengths, and you also bring a high level of service orientation.
- You speak very good German, and your fluent English skills make it easy for you to collaborate with international teams.
- An interest in renewable energy and experience in the SaaS sector will help you quickly get up to speed in the role, but they are not a requirement.
