Junior Sales Executive (IT/SAP)

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients and establish long-term business relationships
• Conduct market and competitor research to spot new opportunities
• Initiate contact through phone, email, and digital channels (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
• Arrange and conduct sales meetings (at least the first meeting)
• Support tender and offer management: prepare proposals, tenders, and presentations
• Assist in maintaining and developing existing customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape customer-specific IT solutionsKeep CRM systems up to date and provide regular reports to management
• Support the preparation and follow-up of client meetings
• Participate in campaigns, mailings, and events (e.g., trade fairs, webinars)

Competencies we are looking for

• Initial professional experience in sales, ideally within IT or services
• Basic understanding of IT products and services
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions across various channels
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
• Proficiency in German (business fluent) and good English skills
• Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
• Reliability, self-motivation, and organizational skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Experience in B2B sales
• A proactive approach to building business relationships
