⎯ Develop and grow key accounts with ship managers and owners, ongoing fleet companies
⎯ Actively acquire new customers and framework agreements
⎯ Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to contract
⎯ Work closely with technical and operational teams
⎯ Travel regularly within Germany and Benelux
⎯ Base salary from €80,000 gross per year**
⎯ Performance-based variable compensation of 30%
⎯ (OTE approx. €100,000+ at target achievement)
⎯ Company car or car allowance (separate policy)
⎯ Home-office based role with full travel expense coverage
⎯ 30 days of annual leave

⎯ MARITIME BUSINESS experience in B2B sales or business development, or experience in technical, operational, or supply role within ship management industry (MUST)
⎯ Fluent German and very good English language skills (Speaking, writing, understanding)
⎯ Proven ability to win new business and manage key accounts
⎯ Maritime clients networking and partnership experience and portfolio (Advantage)
⎯ Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
