Overview

  • Develop and grow key accounts with ship managers and owners
  • Actively acquire new customers and framework agreements
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to contract
  • Work closely with technical and operational teams
  • Travel regularly within Germany and Benelux

What we offer

  • Base salary from €80,000 gross per year
  • Performance-based variable compensation of 30%
  • (OTE approx. €100,000+ at target achievement)

Your profile

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development in the maritime environment, or experience in technical, operational, or supply role within ship management industry
  • Proven ability to win new business and manage key accounts
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Fluent German and good English
