Key Account Manager eCommerce

Our client is a leading international FMCG company, home to a portfolio of well-known and trusted brands.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth and manage relationships with eCommerce customers.

This role is located in Heidelberg, Germany (3 days in-office).

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business with assigned eCommerce customers
• Identify new online market opportunities and integrate them into the current business
• Analyze product, pricing, content, promotions, and customer engagement to spot opportunities and risks
• Work with marketing teams to plan content, product mix, and promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI
• Track performance using KPIs such as traffic, conversion, basket size, and repeat purchases
• Share and implement best practices across regions
• Support customer meetings and budget tracking throughout the year

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 4-5 years’ experience in Sales, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Consumer Experience
• Strong account management, project management, and commercial skills
• Understanding of online consumer behavior and eCommerce trends
• P&L and budget management experience
• Fluent in German and English
