Laboratory Technician or Application Specialist, Production

to support our manufacturing and quality control processes.

You will work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and be responsible for tasks such as reagent preparation, QC testing, and ensuring smooth laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and aliquot buffers and reagents according to established protocols.
• Assemble product kits according to defined quality requirements.
• Perform and document quality control (QC) testing of reagents and finished products.
• Maintain accurate and traceable batch records, inventory logs, and production documentation in compliance with SOPs and GMP.
• Manage inventory, including monitoring stock levels and ensuring proper storage conditions.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and internal procedures.
• Support overall laboratory operations and ensure a clean and organized working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Successfully completed lab technician training (e.g. BTA/MTA/CTA) or a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with equivalent skills and experience as a technical assistant.
• Experience as a laboratory technician or in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in practical work.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and standard techniques.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Very good command of spoken and written English (German is a plus).
• Strong team player with a proactive, structured, and reliable working style.
